Yolanda Maldonado was born on April 23rd, 1962 in Harligen Texas to Martha and Daniel Cortez. Yolanda passed away in Bakersfield, CA on Septemeber 8th, 2014. She leaves behind her husband Encarnacion Garza and her four children Miguel Jr Maldonado (Jessica), Rebecca Ruiz (Nicolas), Erika Guevara (Guadalupe), and Luis Miguel Maldonado (Lourdes) as well as eight beautiful grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Viewing will be held at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter on September 11th, 2014 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Services will be held on September 12th at Jesus Saves International Church, beginning at 12:00pm given by Pastor Steve Seymour.
