Yolanda was born January 5, 1959 in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico to Jesus Medina and Andrea Quintero. She passed away January 4, 2014 in Shafter, California. She is survived by her daughters Yolanda Medina, Patty Campos, Rosamaria Lopez (Luis Lopez) and Maritza Mendoza; son, Jose M. Campos; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Maria Elena Ayala (Jose Ayala) and Maria Zuniga (Juan Zuniga), brother, Jose Hector Medina. Funeral Mass is 1pm, Thursday, January 9, 2014 at St. Therese Church in Shafter. Recitation of the Holy Rosary is 6pm, Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter. Visitation is 2-8pm, Wednesday, January 9, 2014 at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter. Although knowing she will continue to watch over her family, she will be deeply missed. She will remain in our hearts forever. "Mom" until we meet again.
