William was raised in the Bakersfield area since 1942, by Russian Molokan parents. He graduated from Wasco High School in 1947. He was married to Sandy Vaughan from 1957 to 1966. William enjoyed Archiology and looking for arifacts and prospecting for gold. He also was a enthusiest of british sports cars. William leaves behind sons William and Jon Slivkoff, step-son Jim Bell, step-daughter, Donna Quary, 8 grandchildren, Joanna, Joseph, Lindsay, Benjamin, Natalie Mathew Luke and Josiah and 1 great grandchild, William. He also leaves 3 sisters, Totsie, Gale and Nancy. A graveside service will be held at Shafter Memorial Park, June 6, 2013 at 10am. No visition is scheduled.
