Virginia Lorese (Teer) Flynn was born in Madison, Arkansas, moved to Shafter, California in 1959 then to North Bend, Oregon in 2007. Virginia worked for Nicks Drive- in from 1959 to 1970 then worked at A&W Drive-in from 1971 t0 1976. She was a housewife and homemaker the rest of her years. She married Oliver Flynn in October 18, 1941. She was preceded in death by her Mom, Dad and husband, Oliver. They had two daughters, Shelby Flynn Eichman, and Bonnie Flynn Wund. Virginia has one grandson, George Oliver Eichman, three granddaughters, Dana Eichman Hoppe, Christine Wund Rhue, Deborah Wund and one great granddaughter Angelica Eichman. Virginia also has two living brothers, Brose D. Teer of Homnoke, Arkansas and William C. Teer of Cloverdale, Arizona; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will leave behind two dear friends, May Perkins and Doris Patrick. She was very religious, never forgetting her church family of Shafter Southern Baptist Church. She had been with her foster care family, Family Matters, her very dear Elmer and Debra Grubb of North Bend, Oregon for three years. Virginia will have graveside services at Shafter Memorial Park officiated by Reverend Jim Williams on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Peters Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.
