Viola Lillian Misenhimer passed away at home in Shafter on April 29, 2019 at the age of 95. She is survived by her beloved children Phyllis Sanders of Oklahoma, Lawanda Cramer of Bakersfield and William Misenhimer from Palm Springs, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and eleven great, great grandchildren. Viola was born in Lula, Oklahoma where she lived until she moved to Shafter in 1960. She lovingly tended her gardens of vegetables and flowers, and enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She enjoyed the company of many dear friends and family members and often shared stories from her childhood. She will rest in peace in the Lula Cemetery
