Vincent Perez was born January 1, 1947 in Ysleta, Texas to parents, Esteven and Margarita Perez. He graduated from Central Union High School in Fresno, California before entering the US Navy, and serving in the Vietnam War. Upon his return, Vincent attended college at Fresno City College. He married Alicia (Bautista) Perez in Reno, Nevada on July 2, 1977. Vincent worked most of his life in the Agriculture industry, most recently with Certis, here in Wasco. Family will remember him as a hardworking man; he was a good person with many friends. Vincent valued exercise, he enjoyed running and biking, and playing baseball was always a good time. He was a big fan of music and movies; his favorite music to listen to was "Oldies" and his movie collection was impressive as well. Vincent was preceded in death by his parents, Esteven and Margarita. He is survived by his wife, Alicia Perez; children, Lydia Gilbert, Arturo Perez, David Perez and Jeannette Perez; grandchildren, Terrance, Toran, Tony, Toi, Isaac, Daisy and Jaden; and his great grandson, Landon. He will be greatly missed.
