Victor Ramos Jr. was born on January 17, 1966 in Edinburgh Texas to parents Victor Ramos Sr. and Celia "Sally" Moreno. Victor was a wonderful husband, father, papa, brother, uncle, and friend. He married the love of his life, Melissa Ramos on June 2, 1987 and they started a family. Victor cherished his family and was "Nino Vic" to many. He was a comedian without trying to be and he had a warm, inviting nature that drew many people to know and love him. Victor was a hard worker who worked in the oil industry for over 30 years. On his days off he enjoyed watching movies, playing with gadgets, and cooking for his family and friends. Victor was a happy person who loved life. Victor met his Lord and Savior on October 22, 2020 as he entered his new life in paradise. He was one of a kind and will be greatly missed. Victor is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Melissa Ramos; mother, Celia Ramos; daughters, Savannah Greer, Serennah Ramos; son-in-law, Ira Greer; grandchildren, Karson Greer, Kyler Greer, Korbin Greer, Krue Greer; sisters, Vilma Alvarez, Ida Ramos; brother, Richie Ramos. He is preceded in death by his father, Victor Ramos Sr. A viewing will be held Monday, November 2, 2020 from 4-8pm with an evening service at 6 pm at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 1 pm at Shafter Memorial Park.
