Victor Duran of Arvin passed away July 18 at the age of 17 after sustaining injuries in an auto accident. Victor was born in Michoacan, Mexico October 18, 1991 to Ubaldo and Maria(Solis) Duran. Victor and has family soon moved to the Arvin area where Victor attended the Arvin schools and had just graduated from Arvin High School. Victor is survived by his parents, brother Ubaldo Jr., sister Alma and grandparents Marcelino Duran and Angela Jimenez. Fiancee Maribel Jiminez. Visitation and reciting of the Rosary were held at the Arvin Funeral Home Wed July 22 with a Funeral Mass on Thursday July 23 at The St. Thomas Catholic Church in Arvin followed by interment at the S. Kern Cemetery.
