Verna G. Hildebrand 1938 - 2009 Verna G. Hildebrand was born on April 2, 1938, to Oliver and Elsie Claborn in Little Rock, Arkansas. She died on February 21, 2009, after a lengthy battle with Lupus. Her parents and her husband of 26 years, Jerry L. Hildebrand, preceded her in death. She is survived by her 4 children: Kevin Hildebrand, Twalla Carmona, Mark Hildebrand and Kimberly Hildebrand-Dingee and a son-in-law, Derek Dingee; 6 grandchildren: Xochitl Carmona-Ayon, Mark Hildebrand Jr., Devin Hildebrand, and Madison, Savannah and Avery Dingee; and 2 great-grandchildren. Verna worked as a certified medical assistant and an x-ray technician in Arvin, CA for over 30 years. Verna was loved dearly, will be greatly missed and will forever live in our hearts. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 25, 1:00 p.m., at Arvin Cemetery.
