Velta Lou Dickey August 8, 1935 – January 31, 2016 Velta lou Dickey was born in Oklahoma on August 8, 1935 to Ed Davis and Ocie Holt. At a young age, Velta moved to California where she resided in Bakersfield, California. She worked as a waitress for over 15 years. She met and married the love of her life and together they had 3 wonderful children. On January 31, 2016, Velta passed away surrounded by her love ones. Family has requested no services at this time.
