Velma was born August 15, 1934, in Odessa, Texas to Jess and Hyla Holden. She passed away April 21, 2018 in Dinuba, California. Velma leaves behind, to mourn her passing, her loving husband, Tommy Dunlap; children, Jason Dunlap (Desha), Teresa Horton (Bobby), Brenda Thomas, David Dunlap and Wayne Dunlap; as well as her sister, Patsy Bacigalupi; 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Velma's love for God was evident in her daily life. She loved her family spending time with them was a priority. She will be dearly missed.
