Tomy Loriane Willis Casey

August 10, 1943 -August 20, 2026 

Tomy has gone to live in Heaven with Jesus and her family on August 20, 2026 in Spokane Valley, Washington.Born to Beulah and Cecil Willis on August 10, 1943 in San Diego, California.

Tomy had five sisters, Alice Phillips, Joy Frazer, Baby Cecil F. Willis, Frances Mccants and Lela Maxine Willis. And four brothers, Bobby Willis, King Willis, Johnny Willis, and Gerald Willis.

The Family lived in Bakersfield, California. Where Tomy grew up and went to school. Her best friend was Pam Mastertson.

In November 1965 Tomy moved to Wenatchee, Washington, where she met the love of her life, Bill Casey. They were married January 3, 1966. They had one son Richard Casey. On August 18, 1989 Bill went to live with Jesus.

Tomy is preceded in death by her beloved husband Bill Casey, her parents, her sisters Alice, Cecil F., Frances, and Lela Maxine. Her brothers, Bobby, King, and Johnny.

Tomy is survived by her son Richard, Sister Joy, Brother Gerald, Step sister Sally and many beloved nieces and nephews.
