Tomas L. Navarro was born May 16, 2014 in Jalisco, Mexico. He had been a resident of Shafter for the past 57 years and worked in agriculture all his life. His is survived by his sister, Estela Casas of Bakersfield and many loving nieces and nephews. Holy Rosary will be recited Wednesday January 15 at 11am at Peters Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at Shafter Memorial Park. A visitation will be held the same day from 9am to 11am.
