Todd Eric Chance was born in Wasco, California on March 10, 1968 to Travis and Diana Chance. Todd worked in the trucking industry for 15 years. He enjoyed all cars and motor cycles, he also spent his free time playing video games with his girls, and practicing sports. Todd was 45 years old when he passed away on Sunday August 25, 2013 in Bakersfield, California. Todd is preceded in death by his grandparents Elmer and Gloria Brown and grandfather Willis Chance. He is survived by his parents Travis and Diana Chance, brother Scott Chance, children Jessica Lopez, Sarah and Samantha Chance, and grandchildren Joshua, Monroe and Aubrie Lopez. A Funeral service was held at Peters Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday September 4, 2013 at 10am followed by internment at the Shafter Memorial Park.
