Tobias C. Bolanos was born in Oaxaca, Mexico on September 24, 1920 to Pablo and Natalia Bolanos. He was hardworking man that work in Agriculture for over 60 years. Tobias married the love of his life Carmen Montes and together they had two beautiful children. Tobias love to spend time with his family. On July 28, 2016, Tobias passed away surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by his loving wife, Carmen Bolanos; children, Jose Ramon Bolanos and Guadalupe Sanchez; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was officiated by Father Jorge De La Torre on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 10 am at St. Thomas's Catholic Church preceded by visitation at Arvin Funeral Home on Tuesday August 2, 2016.
