Thomas Daniel Martin was born in Bakersfield, California, on December 26, 1963 to Willie Thomas Martin and Yoko T. Tonoike. He was raised in Shafter and graduated from Shafter High School in 1980. Thomas worked as a Truck Driver for 25 years. He was 49 years old when he passed away on May 13, 2013 in Visalia, California. Thomas is survived by his wife of 15 years Madeline; mother Yoko; children Steven, Anthony, Matthew and Megan Martin; step-children Adam Parker, Joey Aguirre and Kelley Parker; sister Shelly Martin; and 5 grandchildren. Thomas is preceded in death by his father Willie Martin. A Funeral service is scheduled for Thursday May 16, 2013 at 6pm at the Peters Funeral Home Chapel followed by a Graveside service on Friday May 17, 2013 at 10am at the Shafter Memorial Park.
