Theresa Ann Glenn was born August 4, 1955 in Omaha, NE and she passed away December 9, 2012 in Bakersfield, CA. Teri moved to California in 1982 to give her son Jake a better life. She met her soul mate Matthew in June 1983, and they married on December 23, that same year. After her sister Kathi's death in January 1996 she was honored to finish raising Kathi's children, Anna Tony Joe and soon welcomed Kathi's grandson Joseph. Teri and Matthew were again blessed when their daughter Shawna was born in July 2000. Teri was a very loving, caring and giving person. She cherished spending time with her family, and was an amazing wife, mother, sister aunt, and grandmother. She loved being a first grade teacher and touched so many lives. To know her was to live her, and she will continue to live on in our hearts. Teri is survived by her husband Matthew C. Glenn; sons Jake Vachal, Omaha, NE, John Glenn, Wasco, CA; Christopher Glenn, Bakersfield, CA. daughter Shawna Marie Glenn, Wasco, CA; niece Anna Taylor, South Dakota; nephews Tony Burke and Joe Burke, Omaha NE; and Sister Susan Maestas, Omaha, NE. She will also be missed by a large extended family and many friends. Teri was welcomed into heaven by her parents, Don and Bette Paul, Omaha NE; her son Shawn Glenn, Wasco, CA and her sister Katherine Burke, Porterville CA. Grave service were held on Thursday December 13, 2012
