Susie was born in San Antonio, TX on July 2, 1941, to parents Gilberto and Virginia (Morales) Aguirre. She passed away December 31, 2022, in Bakersfield, CA. For 60 years, Susie was a devoted wife to Bob Harris; beloved mother to their children, Bobby Harris, Jr. (wife Jennifer Harris), and Lissa Harris-Olsen (husband John Olsen). She was a grandmother to Joseph Soto (Stephanie), Jakob Soto (Cassie), Jonathan Soto, Jordan Harris (Caroline), Jarred Harris, Jodie Harris (Alyssa), Keeley Harris and Kaelynn Harris; a great grandmother to Easton Soto, Stevie Monroe Soto, and Jase Harris. Susie was a cherished sister to 5 brothers and 5 sisters, numerous members of her husband's family, that were as much her siblings as her own.

Susie left us New Years Eve 2022 to join her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was loved and cherished by her family and friends, and she will be missed greatly by all those who knew her; we will cherish her love, compassion, light and laugh. Susie's smile was contagious and will live on in the memory of those she left behind.
