Steven Lynn Hosman was born on July 12, 1957 in Wasco, CA to parents Earl and Patricia Hosman. He attended school in Wasco, CA where he was active in FFA and Rodeo. He met the love of his life Becky at National Market and they were married on March 31, 1979 and spent 43 beautiful years together. He was a man of many trades including owning his own business. He spent many years singing in a gospel quartet. He had a love for music, rodeo, old westerns, his Martin guitar, his adopted cat Whiskers and most of all his family and our lord Jesus Christ. Steve was a one of a kind man, to know him was to love him. He would always help anyone in need. He was an amazing, loving and supportive father and Papa. He loved his kids and family fiercely. Through all the struggles of health and life he always kept a smile on his face and kept his faith in the lord. He had a great last adventure and a dream come true in Las Vegas at the NFR rodeo with his lifelong friends James Medrano and Tony Criner before his passing. He lived a full and happy life even though it was cut short.

Steve is survived by daughters Janel and Megan. Son Braydon and grandson Clayton. Michael Sazama and Ashlynn Emms, along with siblings David Hosman and wife Cheryl, Tim Hosman and wife Carrol. Cousin, Pastor and best friend Kenny Hosman and wife Barbara and many nieces and nephews. Cat Whiskers.
