Saundra Gale Joiner, born February 7, 1962. Saundra gracefully went on to be with the Lord September 1, 2016. Saundra is survived by her parents Perry and Loretta Tiner, husband Chet Joiner, three children; Kyle Joiner and wife Casey, Carley Coble and husband Allan, Phillip LeVasseurand two grandchildrenLincoln and Hadley. Saundra graduated from Wasco High in the class of 1980 and went on to have a successful 30-year career as a hairdresser in Bakersfield. Saundra was raised in a Christian family and accepted God's call of salvation at a young age. She lived with a full spirit of joy and happiness and celebrated every moment with family and friends. Saundra enjoyed the opportunity tomake others smile and always made sure to share her relationship with God. Saundra lived her life to the fullest, with a light of inspiration and love. A celebration of Saundra's life will be held at Valley Baptist Church at 10:00am on Thursday, September 8, 2016 with graveside services to follow at Wasco Cemetery
