Santiago Basulto March 17, 1981 – May 10, 2016 Santiago was born March 17, 1981 to Jamie Mendez and Guadalupe Perez. Born and raised in California, Santiago attended the local schools in Arvin and graduated from Arvin High. He worked as a mechanic in Health Care. On May 10, 2016, Santiago passed away. A Graveside service was held at Arvin Cemetery on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 2pm officiated by Pastor Raul Verduzco.
