Salvador Lopez was born December 30, 1944 in Yuriria, Xoconoxtle, Mexico, to Jose and Olivia Lopez. He married Irene Nunez December 11, 1963 in a small town called El Cimental in Mexico. Salvador was very family oriented. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Salvador leaves behind his wife Irene Nunez of 43 years; his siblings and their spouses, Rafael and wife, Berta Lopez, Avrelio and wife, Blanca Lopez, Olivia and husband, Jose Santollo, Margarita and husband, Rigoberto Perez, Leticia and husband Refugio Zuniga of Arvin, Sara and husband, Salvador Gomez of Lamont, Salvador and wife, Laura Lopez, Irene and husband, Gerardo Guerrero, and Laura and husband, Ignacio Tinoko of Mexico; 30 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Salvador is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Olivia Lopez and his brother Felix Lopez of Mexico. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 19, from 3pm to 8pm and Wednesday, September 20, from 9am to 8pm at Arvin Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held Wednesday, September 20, at 6pm at Arvin Funeral Home.
