Russell Winter was born on June 9, 1947 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to James Winter and Maude Looney. At an early age, he learned the value of hard work and dedication. He quickly climbed the company ladder to become a supervisor. Russell's children looked up to him. He was an amazing father who loved his children very much. He passed away on October 14, 2015. He will forever be miss by his family and friends.
