Ruby was born on April 18, 1954 in Bakersfield, California to parents William Dunn and Opal (Quick) Dunn. Ruby grew up in Kern County and raised her children in Wasco, Ca. She enjoyed caring for others and would often make blankets for her loved ones. Ruby cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchild. She enjoyed going camping and spending time with her grandkids. Ruby was the best cook, who prepared delicious tamales, tortillas, and salsa. Ruby is survived by her husband, Ramon Hernandez Madrigal; sons, Timothy Dunn, Alex Ibarra (Irma), Ramon Benge ( Maria Salinas); grandchildren, Gabrielle, Shieanne, Andrew, Shailah, Alex; great- grandchild, Jerrett; sisters, Linda Rowden, Loretta Yarborogh, Anna Armstrong, brother, Billy Dunn. She is preceded in death by her sister, Judy Ann A viewing will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2017 from 4-8pm at Peters Funeral Home in Wasco, Ca. A recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 6pm.
