Roy Densel Scroggins, Jr. September 30, 1939 - April 7, 2020 Roy was born September 30, 1939 in Casa, Arkansas to Roy and Letha (McCourt) Scroggins. He passed away peacefully, April 7, 2020 in Bakersfield, CA. He is survived by his sister, Rachael Reynolds of Wasco, CA and his cousin and caregiver, Ruby Hickman on Buttonwillow, CA. Roy is also survived by many loving cousins. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Lois. The family would like to thank The Rose Garden Care Center tor the loving and compassionate care they gave Roy, and a special thank you to his hospice nurse, Josephine Granat.
