Roy Ratzlaff, 92, of Shafter, CA, passed away peacefully at home in his sleep. He was a lifetime Shafter resident and served his country in the U.S. Navy. Roy is survived by his Lucy, his loving wife of 64 years, daughter Patricia Bianucci (Paul), daughter Louise Brummett (Ron), son Steven, daughter Boni Slivkoff, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and brother Cliff (Violet). Visitation for Roy will be on Wednesday February 24, 2016 from 4-8pm at Peters Funeral Home followed by a Graveside service on Thursday February 25, 2016 at Shafter Memorial Park.
