Roy Earl Clough April 30, 1936- February 17, 2019 Roy Earl Clough was born in Canton, Texas in April 30, 1936 to parents Ernest Clough and Lillie Penney. Roy grew up in Arvin and was an important part of the community as the city maintenance person for many years. He married Mary Calley and together they raised three children. Roy was a simple man who cherished his family. Family was his number one priority, especially his grandchildren. Roy was 82 years old when he entered eternal life on February 17, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. Roy is survived by his daughter, Nancy Rene Clough; son, Michael Clough and wife Brenda Clough; grandchildren, Justin Clough, Shawna Hidalgo, Bradley Clough, Jeffery Clough, Ashley Goble, Roni Brown, Kasie Clough, Morgen Luker, Heidi Clough, Mikie Clough brothers, Flay Clough, Troy Clough; sisters, Mildred Salmon, Julie Hardin; and 19 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Clough (2011); son, Earl Clough (2011); sisters, Geraldine Alan, Evelyn Morris; brother, Harrol Clough. A graveside service will be officiated by Pastor Graham Bell Friday, February 22, 2019 at 12pm at South Kern Cemetery District. A viewing will be held February 21, 2019 from 2-8pm at Peters Funeral Home Arvin.
