Rose Mary Bailey was born in Lepanto, Arkansas on September 9, 1955 to Willie and Mary Bailey. Crazy, goofy, fun, loving, and make you smile kind of person…..that was Rosie! If she called you friend she meant it. Her grandchildren were her favorite part of life and she lived for their happiness. Her beautiful daughters were her best friends, and their relationship was of honesty, love and mutual respect. She valued the wonderful virtues of her son-in-laws and knew her family would be taken care of in her absence. May she rest in eternal peace with her great granddaughter Nadely. Rose Mary Bailey is survived by daughters; Amanda Torres and Kandice Stewart; don-in-laws; Fernando Torres and Alex Stewart; grandchildren; Kassandra, David, Ethan, Makenzie, Jerob, Lily, Maya and Kari; great grandchildren; Emilee and Madeline; brother: Robert VanHorn; sisters; Joyce Griffith, Linda Bailey and Delois McKinney. A funeral Service was held on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 1pm at Arvin Funeral Home for Rose Mary Bailey, age 58, of Bakersfield, who passed away on October 31, 2013. Pastor Bryan Overturf officiated.
