Our father Ronnie "Big Ron" Lee Huff Sr., born October 25th, 1949 in Bakersfield, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones on January 20th at the age of 74. Ronnie was a courageous fighter, after suffering a severe stroke in 2018 he maintained his sense of humor and still had his infectious smile. He will be sadly missed and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Ronnie was born to Mildred and Leroy, he was one of seven brothers. He served in the U.S. Army and after returning home he met Nina Aguilar. Ronnie and Nina were married for 53 years and had four children. Prior to his illness, Ronnie worked along side his son Joshua for 23 years, at his business Payless Towing.

Ronnie leaves behind his wife Nina, son Ronnie Huff Jr. (Virginia), daughter Beatrice and husband David Smith, son Joshua and wife Christina Huff, and daughter Sunshine Huff. He was Peepaw to five grandchildren; Ariel Rahder (Andrew), David Smith, Hunter Huff, Payton Huff, Tysen Huff and three great grandchildren; Demetri, Harrison and Colin.

Ronnie is survived by brothers; George, Jimmy, Raymond and Gary. He was preceded in death by his parents Mildred and Leroy, brothers Bobby and Wayne.

Services will be held at Monarch Memorial, 2801 F Street Bakersfield, California, Friday

January 26th 11am. Celebration of life immediately following.
