RONALD THOMAS LYNCH "RONNIE" OCTOBER 10, 1945 - FEBRUARY 14, 2007 Ronnie Lynch was born October 10, 1945, in Delano, California to James and Thelma (Harper) Lynch. The family moved to Wasco in 1957, where he attended the local schools and graduated from Wasco High School class of 1963. On March 17, 1974, he married Carolyn Ruddell together they made their home in Wasco and had 6 children. He was a Parts Salesman for many years and loved it. Grandpa Ronnie loved entertaining his grandchildren on the weekends. Everyone knew him as the "Unofficial Mayor" of Pond. He is survived by his mother, Thelma Lynch of Wasco, his wife; Carolyn Lynch of Pond, sons; DeWayne and wife Amy Lynch of Bakersfield, Jimmy Lynch of Shafter, David Lynch of Pond, Richard and wife Sabrina Lynch of Pond, James and wife Tiffani Lynch of Pond, daughter; Shannon and husband Alan Alexander of Bakersfield, CA and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, James A. Lynch. A funeral service was held at Peters Funeral Home on February 16, at 2:00 PM for Ronald Thomas Lynch, age 61, of Wasco, who passed away February 14, in Wasco. Pastor Terry Ruddell of Family Life Worship Center, McFarland officiated the service and interment follow at Wasco Memorial Park. A visitation was held at Peters Funeral Home on February 15, for 2-8 PM.
