Rochelle Raye Ellison 1966-2012 Rochelle Raye Ellison, born on April 5, 1966 to Kenneth and Sharron Noble in Tacoma Washington, passed away on Saturday February 18, 2012 in Bakersfield CA. She is survived by her husband Kevin Ellison of Bakersfield and numerous friends. Rochelle will remain in our hearts and memories of happier days will not be forgotten.
