Robert Michael Hogan was born August 11, 1947 in Idaho. Mike had been a resident of Bakersfield and Wasco area for the last 45 years. Mike drove truck working for Don Keith and Billy Gladden for many years. Currently he was employed as a security officer for Carter Pump and Machine. Mike enjoyed motorcycles and loved his dogs. His beloved Max preceded him in death. Mike was a kind man always willing to lend a helping hand. Mike will be remembered for his big ole goofy smile. Mike is survived by his daughter, Jessica Sherman of Alaska; friends, Tammie Delaware, Terri and all the Hoyett's Sandwich Shop family, Pat and Wayne Ketcherside, Tom and his wife of Tom's Express Lube, and Gerald Ford. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 11 at 10am at Peters Funeral Home for Mike Hogan, age 60, of Wasco who passed away August 24 in Wasco. Pastor Danny Scott of the Wasco Freewill Baptist Church will officiate and final disposition will be in Anchorage Alaska.
