Rita Charlene Webb was born in Los Angeles, California on December 15, 1952 to Roy Junior Smith and Erma Dale Millwee. Charlene worked as a caregiver for 15 years. She was 61 years old when she passed away on August 13, 2014 in Bakersfield, California. Charlene is survived by her daughter Lori Soto; grandchildren; brother; and sister. & A Graveside service was held at Shafter Memorial Park on Tuesday August 19, 2014 at 10am.
