Rigoberto Villaseñor was born in Jalisco, Mexico on March 5, 1973 to Manuel and Rosa (Gonzalez) Villaseñor. Rigo was a very quiet person and seemed shy but he enjoyed being funny and telling jokes. Rigo married his wife Isabel and together they raised their three children. He worked for a pipe company as a quality control inspector for 4 years. Rigo enjoyed spending time with his family especial on vacations to the beach or anywhere he could be close to the water. He spent his time rooting for his favorite sports teams every chance he got basketball season for the Lakers, football he would root for the 49ers and his favorite soccer team was Las Chivas. He passed away on March 6, 2015 after celebrating his birthday in Bakersfield, California. Rigoberto is survived by his wife of 20 years Isabel; children Adrian, Rigoberto Jr. and Crystal Villaseñor; parents Manuel and Rosa Villaseñor; brothers Victor and Juan Villaseñor; and sister Martha Martinez. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Encarnación Gonzalez. The Mass of the Resurrection was officiated by Father Jorge De la Torre at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Arvin on Thursday March 12, 2015 at 1pm. A visitation was held on Wednesday March 11, 2015 at 4pm with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7pm at St. Thomas Catholic Church.
