Richard J. Bicker was born August 11, 1939, in Ogle County, Illinois, to Orval and Ferne (Bremmer) Bicker. He was a farmer for 27 years and a resident of Freeport, Illinois, for 20 years. In accordance to his family's wishes there were no services for Richard J. Bicker, age 71, who passed away at her residence in Lost Hills, California, on August 28, 2010.
