Reid Rick Neufeld, 55 of Bakersfield, CA passed away Thursday May 24, 2012. Born in Bakersfield, CA August 3, 1956 to Arnold and Viola Neufeld, who preceded him in death. At the age of 40 Rick met his Sole Mate and love of his life, Connie Green. On February 9, 2002 Connie and Rick were married. Rick was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. He loved playing his drums with his favorite bands, "The Mike Montano Band" and "The Tone Daddy's". Survived by his wife Connie, his Son Jeremy and girlfriend Kristi of Bakersfield, his Brother and Sister-in-Law Randy and Brenda Neufeld of Oklahoma, Sister-in-Law Darlyne Graves of Long Beach, Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law Roger and Wilma Dean Graves of Seal Beach, CA, and Grandchildren Shaun, Jasmine, Austin, Zack and many Nieces and Nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 11:00 am at Peters Funeral Home in Shafter.
