A service for Raymond E. Robbins will be held at 11 a.m. March 28 at First Christian Church in Yucca Valley. Interment will be at Riverside National Cemetery at a later date. A native of Iowa and 17-year resident of San Bernardino County, Mr. Robbins died March 12, 2009. He was 88 years old. Born Sept. 29, 1920, he was the son of Lee P. Robbins and Helen G. Haggert. He was married to Barbara J. Robbins. Mr. Robbins was a veteran of the Army Air Corps. He worked as a service manager for a tire company for 35 years.
