Raul Angulo-Lopez was born June 12, 1986 in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico; to parents Heriberto Angulo-Soliz and Maria Santos Lopez-Salas. Raul graduated from Cobaes 27 in Culiacan, before moving to Shafter. He married Maribel Pelayo-Angulo on March 27, 2010 in Culiacan. Raul had a kind heart; he was a friendly and caring man, dedicated to his family. He never hesitated to help others when he could. Raul enjoyed spending time with his family, and he always made time to double date with his wife Maribel and his parents in law. He enjoyed a loving relationship with his nieces and nephews; he played with them whenever he could, and they loved him a great deal as well. Raul also liked to listen to music, take road trips, or just get together to barbeque with friends. He was proud of where he came from, proud to be a Culochi. Raul was an energetic man, a real go getter and goal achiever. We loved his beautiful Colegate smile. Raul, you will be greatly missed, and our lives will never be the same without you. We thank God that you left us nothing but amazing memories. Te Amo Cute! Raul was preceded in death by his grandparents, Maria Salas and Octaviano Lopez; and his cousin, Humberto Perez-Angulo. He is survived by his wife, Maribel, his parents, Heriberto and Maria, his siblings Liliana Angulo and Heriberto Angulo; along with his nieces and nephews, Ricardo Leon, Evelyn Guadalupe Angulo, and Angela Leon. He also leaves behind his parents in law, Santos and Envijes Pelayo; and his 9 godchildren. A visitation for Raul, who passed away July 4, 2012, was held at Peters Funeral Home on Monday, July 9, 2012 from 2-8pm with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6pm. A Funeral Mass was held Tuesday, July 10 2012 at 10am at St. Therese's Catholic Church. Interment will take place at Jardines Del Hemaya Cemetery in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico.
