Ramón Miranda Márquez was born in Talalcosahua, Jalisco, Mexico on September 7, 1955 to María Auxilio Márquez and Refugio Miranda. He came to the Kern County area in 1971 and raised his three sons. Ramón Jr. with Blanca Vela, and Carlos and Esteven with Gloria Andrade. Ramón was a loving father who always set a wonderful example of hard work and determination for his family. He worked in agriculture for many years tending the rose fields and made many memories with his coworkers and friends. He loved to travel and take pictures during his trips, however his hometown of Talalcosahua, Jalisco was his favorite place to go and reminisce on his own childhood and visit his relatives. He admired all nature scenes from the driest deserts from Arizona to the gorgeous pyramids in Morelos, Mexico. Ramon saw the beauty in every place he visited. Ramón shared his life with his loving wife María Magdalena and shared 18 beautiful years together. Ramón passed away on Friday May 20, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 18 years María Magdalena; sons Ramón Miranda Jr., Carlos Miranda (his wife Lupe), & Esteven Miranda; his 6 beautiful grandchildren Julian, Adrian, Isabella, Serenity, Esteven & Aleena; step­children Guillermo Reza, Michael Reza, Lorraine Reza & Daisy Reza; brothers Guillermo Miranda and Lazaro Miranda; sisters Maria Guadalupe Ramirez & Angelina Gutierrez; many cousins nieces and nephews. Ramón is preceded in death by his sister Maria Cristina Miranda, Brother Lucio Miranda , sister Julia Miranda and parents.
