Ms. Rachel D. Frink, 56 Ms. Rachel D. Frink, a 56-year resident of California and a 26-year resident of Yucca Valley died on July 08, 2009 at home. She was 56 years old. The daughter of Richard and Refugio Saldana Figueroa Parra, she was born January 19, 1953 in Compton, California. Rachel was married to Richard J. Frink for 34 years before he passed. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Rita F. Parra; her father Richard Parra; and her mother Ruth S. Parra. Ms. Frink is survived by sons Richard J. Frink III and Mathew M. Frink of Joshua Tree, Calif.; daughter Lisa M. Frink of Yucca Valley, Calif.; grandson Richard J. Frink IV of Joshua Tree, Calif.; brothers Richard F. Parra of Long Beach, Calif., Gilbert Parra of Havasu Lake, Calif., David R. Parra of Long Beach, Calif., and Benjamin Parra of Carson, Calif.; and sisters Debra R. Parra of Carson, Calif. and Ramona D. Edwards of Branson, Missouri. She was a buyer with Morongo Casino Resort and Spa for over 8 years. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the Mission Ebenezer Stanley Church 415 W. Torrance Blvd., Carson, Calif. 90745.
