Phyllis Ann Toms was born December 29, 1930 to Ann (Szulboraki) and Phillip Plagens. She was a homemaker for 56 years and a resident of Kern County for 3 years. In accordance to her family's wishes there were no local services for Phyllis Ann Toms, age 78, who passed away in Bakersfield on June 26, 2009. She was laid to rest in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
