Phillip Rocha was born in Indio, California on July 7, 1976 to Joel D. Rocha and Maria Elena Macias. He worked in the oil fields for 3 years. Phillip was 37 years old when he passed away on July 6, 2014. Phillip is survived by his parents Joel D. Rocha and Maria Elena Macias; his brothers Joel Jr., Juan Gabriel (Laura), Juan Carlos; and sister Maria Guadalupe (Cipatli) Uribe. Mass of the Resurrection was officiated by Father David Enriquez on Tuesday July 15, 2014 at 10am at St. Therese's Catholic Church. The family visitation was on Monday July 14, 2014 at 4pm followed by a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6pm.
