Peggy Jean Leonardo was born in Holtville, California on September 9, 1931 to John and Vivian Rose (Crowell) DeFelice. She married her husband Henry Robert Leonardo and together they raised their son William. Peggy worked as a homemaker and held a Masters Degree. Peggy was 82 years old when she passed away on March 25, 2014 in Bakersfield, California. She is survived by her son William G. Leonardo and his wife Deanna; grandchildren Will Leonardo and Clarissa Hawkins; great grand children Gavin and Aubree Hawkins. Peggy is preceded in death by her husband Henry Robert Leonardo. A Graveside service was held at Santa Clara Catholic Cemetery officiated by Fr. James Melley on Wednesday April 2, 2014 at 11am.
