Patsy was born on October 19, 1938 in Cash, Arkansas. She went home with the Lord July 11, 2014 at the age of 75. She is survived by husband of 56 years, 4 months, and 11 days Dwayne Hutson; daughters, Liz Gerber and partner Ron Montecino of Wasco, Trisha Hordan and husband Kurt Hordan of Auburn, WA; sister-in-law, Margaret Stephens of Wasco; 5 grandchildren, Angela Butler and husband Eric Butler of Sacramento, Amanda Hutson of Tacoma, WA, Max Gerber of Wasco, Wesley Hordan of Renton, WA, Hanna Hordan of Auburn, WA, and the apple of her eye, great-grandson, Logan Butler of Sacramento; aunts, Dorothy Davis and Juanita Thresher of Bakersfield; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Maebelle Stephens, her sister and best friend Linda and brother-in-law, Jack Ogle; and brother, Donald Stephens. Patsy and her family moved from Arkansas to California in 1949. She attended Wasco Schools and graduated with the great class of Wasco High 1956. Many will remember her from working at the State Farm office in Wasco, and then later as the attendance clerk at Wasco High. She was an active member of the Wasco Emblem Club, which later evolved into the Elk Ladies of Wasco. She also loved to play Bingo… especially with her "bingo buddies" Arveda Watson and Darlene Bryan. Patsy was a devoted wife and mother and brought happiness and laughter to the people in her life. She loved spending time with her family and her greatest joy was all of her grandchildren!
