Patricia Ann Johnson July 16, 1947 – April 2, 2007 Patricia Ann (Carson) Johnson was born July 16, 1947 in Salinas, California to Fredrick Page and Thelma Pearl (Sutton) Carson. She attended Lost Hills and Wasco elementary schools, graduated from Wasco High School with the class of 1965 and went on to attend Bakersfield College. She was employed by WADD and BARC as a bus driver and also as a home health care provider. She enjoyed Pismo Beach and being with her grandkids. She was a faithful woman of God, very giving, and self-sacrificing. Patricia attended Tabernacle of Praise Church of God where she loved to help out with bake sales providing yeast rolls and peanut brittle. Patricia was an excellent cook and the family favorite was her ham with pineapple sauce. She is survived by her sons, Timothy Johnson of Poplar, and Joel Johnson and wife, Kimberly of Wasco: daughter, Shelley Carr of Morro Bay; brother, Fred Carson, Sr. of Oklahoma; sister, Charlotte Hokit of Wasco; and 6 grandchildren, Shelbie Carr, Jacob, Michael, Brittany, Daniel, and Shawn Patrick Johnson. Her son, Michael who passed away in 1989 and nephew, Shawn Ingram in 2005 and her parents preceded her in death. A funeral service under the direction of Peters Funeral Home was held at the Wasco Tabernacle of Praise Church of God on Monday, April 9, at 1:30 PM and interment followed at Wasco Memorial Park. Visitation was held on Sunday, April 8, from 3PM-7PM and Monday April 9, from 9AM until service time at Tabernacle of Praise, 812 9th street, Wasco.
