Visitation for Patricia Jean Brown will be held at Hopson-Anspach Mortuary on Thursday January 25, 2007 from 2 to 9pm with the Recitation of the Rosary at 6:30pm. Mass of a Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis Catholic Church on Friday January 26, 2007 at 11: am, Father Craig Harrison will officiate. Family and friends knew Patricia as a loving, compassionate and generous woman. She loved to gamble at the Indian Casinos and go to Pow-Wows. If there was an activity her grandchildren were involved in, she was there. Patricia was also very active in her walks of life being an Elder of the Chumash Council of Bakersfield, a member of the St. Francis Golden Agers and providing assistance for the Religious Education Classes at St. Francis Church. You'll never see a collection of clowns and dolphins like hers. She was a blessing to all who knew her and she will be greatly missed by all she touched. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Dean and Annette Brown, Ronda and John Rosse, Michelle and Dennis Morrell, Bonita and Kenny Ross, Rudy and Rosie Rocha; one sister, Sandra and husband Sam Trincado; one brother, Roy and wife Jessica Castro; 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and numerous others that loved her.
