Patricia "Pat" Ann Moore, was born December 22, 1941 in Delano, California. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and died peacefully surrounded by family on March 27,2009 in her home. Pat Grew up and lived in Wasco her whole life. She loved cooking, baking, playing games, quilting and crocheting. Pat was first and foremost a devoted and loving mama, grandmother and great-grand mother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had such a zest for life and was always helping and caring for others. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Lillie Harris and grandson Sean Parten. She is survived by her 4 children; sons Tommy Gresham and wife Crystal, Brian Mello and Fiancé Megan Songer; daughters Rhonda Turriff, Michelle McLain and husband Clint; sisters Barbara Colbert and Wanda Handel; brother Kenny Harris; grandson Matthew Parten; granddaughters Amber Mello, Hannah McLain and Ashley Grisham, 5 great grand children and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Hoffmann Hospice for their care and compassion. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her. "We Love You Mama". Graveside services will be held for Patria "Pat" Ann Moore, age 67 who passed away in Wasco, on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 – 2pm at Wasco Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Monday, March 30, 2009 – 2 to 8pm at Peters Funeral Home in Wasco.
