Panfilo L. Hinojosa was born August 29, 1948, to Faustino & Guadalupe (Loza) Hinojosa in Notchistlan, Zacatecas, Mexico. He came to California in 1975, and on July 2, 1977, he married Rosemary Bolanos; together they had 5 beautiful children. Mr. Hinojosa enjoyed working in his garden, raising birds and listening to his Spanish music. He was a maintenence worker for the Wasco Housing Authority for 23 years. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Rosemary of Wasco; 3 sons, Moses and wife Jessica , Francisco and wife Tammy and Richard, all of Wasco; and 2 daughters; Veronica and Angelica Hinojosa of Wasco. He was a grandfather of 5 and loved being with his grandchildren very much. Panfilo Hinojosa passed away at the age of 48, on December 20, 2006. Recitation of the Holy Rosary was held at St John's Catholic Church December 26, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. and a Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, December 27, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. at St. John's Catholic Church in Wasco. Interment followed at Wasco Memorial Park.
