Octavio Cabrera was born on June 21, 1976 in Puerta Del Monte, Guanajuato, Mexico to Miguel and Maria Guadalupe (Alonso) Cabrera. He came from Mexico in 1988 to Wasco and attended local schools. He worked as a laborer in agriculture for 20 years. Octavio was a very happy person and he loved music and loved having fun with family and friends. He also loved his nephews and nieces. Octavio Cabrera is survived by his parents Miguel and Maria Guadalupe Cabrera; daughters, Yesenia Cabrera; brother, Jose Cabrera; sisters, Claudia Cabrera and Jennie Cabrera. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 6pm at Peters Funeral Home Home for Octavio Cabrera, age 37, of Wasco, who passed away on November 17, 2013 in Delano. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 10am at St. John's Catholic Church. Father John Fluetsch will officiate and interment will follow at Wasco Memorial Park.
