Norma Jean Manning was born in Bakersfield, CA on August 12, 1927 to Grace (Woods) and Robert Rasmussen. She was a home maker for 50 years and a resident of Kern for 40. In accordance to his family's wishes there were no services for Norma Jean Manning , age 82, who passed away in Shafter on August 14, 2009.
